Delivery address of the test kit

We will send you the test kit to the delivery address that you have entered.
We will ship it immediately after your order.
The arrival date of the test kit depends on the country and region of the destination.
For further information, please check the "Comments based on the Specified Commercial Transaction Act".

Collecting and returning the sample

Please return the following items to us.

  • Application form
  • Cotton swabs with your sample

Regarding the sample collection method and the way to fill in the documents, please refer to the "Guidebook for DNA testing extraction" in the envelope.

*In cases where DNA extraction is not sufficient and you have to extract again, extra fees will not be charged for re-examination. Our company will give you unlimited re-examinations free of charge.
*Mailing expenses for samples are all free of charge.

Report of the test results

We will send you the test result report by email to the email address that you've entered.
In the email, you will see your account's URL. Please login to your account by clicking the URL, and please check the test results.
The test results are displayed as a PDF file.

Please be sure to check the following notes about the test results.

  1. You can access your account within 60 days after the test results were sent to you by email.
    Please note that the page will be removed automatically after 60 days.
    If you would like us to display the deleted account again, please contact us.

  2. When you log in to your account, the ID/PASS which you've specified are required.

    Please be careful!

    We ask that you are extra careful with the ID and password which you register at the time of your order.
    If you forget your password, please go through the password re-issuing process. We have a reminder function.
    Please understand that we cannot tell you the password even if you contact us.

  3. To view on your smartphone, you will need a specific application.

  4. If you choose the "Certificate sent by post" option, we will send it out as soon as the test results are sent to you by email.
    Depending on the country and region, it will take a few days to a few weeks for you to receive it.
